Karachi: Crescent Star Insurance Limited has announced an emergent meeting of its Board of Directors scheduled for April 29, 2026. The meeting will commence at 11:00 a.m. at the company’s office located on the 2nd Floor of Nadir House, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. The primary agenda for this assembly will be to deliberate on the company’s future strategic plans.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Crescent Star Insurance Limited has instituted a “Closed Period” effective from April 28, 2026, to April 29, 2026. This regulatory measure, mandated under Clause 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations, prohibits the company’s directors, CEO, and executives from dealing in the company’s shares directly or indirectly during this interval.
