Karachi: Crescent Steel and Allied Products Limited has scheduled an emergency board meeting on October 03, 2024, to discuss unspecified agenda items that do not pertain to financial results.

According to a notice sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting will take place online at 03:00 p.m. on the said date. The notice also declared a "Closed Period" from October 01 to October 03, 2024, during which directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from trading company shares.

This "Closed Period" is in compliance with clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations as outlined in the PSX Rule Book. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), any significant developments from this meeting will be reported to the exchange in accordance with legal requirements.

Crescent Steel has communicated this information to PSX to ensure that all TRE Certificate Holders are appropriately informed.
