Crescent Textile Mills Limited Elects New Board of Directors

Faisalabad: The Crescent Textile Mills Limited has announced the election of its new board of directors following an Extraordinary General Meeting, according to a statement released by the company. The meeting, held on May 16, 2026, at the company’s registered office on Sargodha Road, Faisalabad, resulted in the appointment of seven directors to serve a three-year term starting May 17, 2026.

The elected directors include Mr. Amin Anjum Saleem and Mrs. Nazia Maqbool, both serving as independent directors. Other members joining the board are Mr. Aurangzeb Shafi, Mr. Khalid Bashir, Mr. Khurram Mazhar Karim, Mian Muhammad Anwar, and Mr. Tariq Shafi.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Crescent Textile Mills Limited operates within the textile sector, a critical component of Pakistan’s industrial landscape.
