The resolution was passed during the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting, which took place at 9:00 AM on March 26, 2025, at the registered office located in the Westridge Industrial Area, Rawalpindi.
The shareholders resolved that the new name of the company will be reflected in all relevant clauses of the Memorandum and Articles of Association. This decision is part of a broader strategy to align the company’s identity with its evolving business objectives.
In addition, the shareholders have authorized the Chief Executive Officer, a Director, and/or the Acting Company Secretary to take necessary actions to implement the name change.
