Karachi: With reference to the announcement made, Dadabhoy Construction Technology Limited has scheduled a board meeting on July 27 to deliberate on several key operational and financial issues. The meeting will focus on reviewing the company's commercial operations, approving the accounts for the outstanding subsequent year of 2019, and discussing any other pertinent business matters. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also declared a "Closed Period" from July 22, 2024, to August 15, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares. This decision complies with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations.
