Dadabhoy Construction Technology Ltd Schedules Overdue Annual General Meeting Amid Key Financial Disclosures

Karachi: Dadabhoy Construction Technology Limited (DCTL) has announced the scheduling of its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2025, which will be held on February 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The meeting is set to take place at Ls-8 Street No.9 Quetta Town Cooperative Housing Society Sector 18-A Scheme 33 in Karachi.

This AGM, which is overdue, will cover various crucial agenda items. Among them, the review and confirmation of the minutes from the previous AGM held on October 31, 2024, will be addressed. Additionally, the meeting will focus on the receipt, consideration, and adoption of the audited financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2025, accompanied by the respective Auditor’s and Director’s reports. In accordance with the Companies Act 2017, if members holding at least 10% of shares request participation via video conferencing at least ten days before the meeting, the company will make necessary arrangements, depending on the facility’s availability in the city. Members will be informed of such facilities at least seven days prior to the meeting.
