Karachi: An independent director of Dandot Cement Company Limited has increased his shareholding in the company, according to a recent disclosure under Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4. On November 21, 2024, Zafar Ud Mahmood executed a transaction to purchase 33,000 shares at a rate of 11.25 per share, increasing his cumulative shareholding to 38,000 shares, which represents a 0.01% stake in the company.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transaction was conducted in the ready market and involved the use of Central Depository Company (CDC) share certificates. This acquisition by Mr. Mahmood, an independent director at Dandot Cement, reflects continued interest and investment by the company's leadership.
