Karachi: Shareholders of Dawood Lawrencepur Limited, a company listed under the designated market category of the Pakistan Stock Exchange, convened for their Annual General Meeting on April 25, 2025, in Karachi and via video link. In another significant decision, the shareholders reappointed Messrs. A. F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the auditors for the year ending December 31, 2025. The resolution authorized their reappointment at a fee to be mutually agreed upon. It stated, "RESOLVED that Messrs. A. F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants, be and are hereby reappointed as Auditors of Dawood Lawrencepur Limited for the year ending December 31, 2025, at a fee to be mutually agreed upon."
