Karachi: Dewan Automotive Engineering Limited has officially notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange of a change in the timing for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting, initially scheduled for 4:00 PM on October 24, 2024, will now take place at 2:00 PM on the same date in Karachi.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company had previously communicated this timing in a letter dated June 7, 2024, which was approved for holding the AGM for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. The adjustment in schedule requires a re-approval from the General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange, as per the request made in the most recent correspondence.

The change in AGM timing is part of administrative adjustments and has been communicated to ensure all stakeholders are informed well in advance to rearrange their schedules. Dewan Automotive Engineering has emphasized the importance of shareholder presence at the meeting, which will discuss key financial and strategic outcomes of the past year and outline plans for the upcoming fiscal period.
