Karachi: Dewan Automotive Engineering Limited has issued a notice for its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held on October 24, 2024, at the Dewan Cement Limited Factory Site in Malir, Karachi. The meeting is set to review the financial statements of the year ended June 30, 2024, and discuss further corporate matters.

The agenda for the upcoming AGM includes the confirmation of minutes from the previous meeting held on October 26, 2023. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), shareholders will also review, consider, and adopt the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2024.
