Effective January 1, 2026, the company has taken possession of a fully operational factory dedicated to producing foam and spring mattresses, furniture, and related products. This facility is located at 58-km Multan Road, Khankay More, Bhai Pheru, Lahore.

The decision, which follows discussions in the Board of Directors meeting on November 25, 2025, is part of Diamond Industries' efforts to regain its market share and benefit its minority shareholders. The renewed operations aim to position the company competitively within the designated market category, focusing on manufacturing and distribution of home furnishing products.
