TPL Holding (Private) Limited, a significant stakeholder in TPL Corp Limited, executed multiple transactions over a three-day period starting July 29, 2026. The transactions included both purchases and sales of shares, with notable activity in the future market. On July 29, TPL Holding purchased 1.50 million shares at a rate of Rs. 19.78 and sold 1.60 million shares at Rs. 19.55. Additionally, a purchase of 100,000 shares at Rs. 19.55 was recorded.
The activity continued on July 30, with TPL Holding selling 1.30 million shares at Rs. 19.70 through a regular market form and an additional 500,000 shares at Rs. 19.78 in the future market. On the same day, the company bought 429,000 shares at Rs. 19.99. The next day, July 31, transactions included the sale of 523,000 shares at Rs. 19.40 and a subsequent purchase of the same number of shares at Rs. 19.60.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions are critical in understanding the shifting patterns in shareholder dynamics within TPL Corp Limited. The cumulative shareholding for TPL Holding stands at approximately 101.18 million shares, constituting a 37.85% stake in the company.
In addition to TPL Holding's activities, Muhammad Ali Jameel, another key figure, purchased 1.30 million shares at a price of Rs. 19.70 on July 30. This transaction brought his cumulative shareholding to 1.60 million shares, representing 0.6% of the company.
