Islamabad, The Board of Directors of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited has accepted the resignation of Mr. Muhammad Sualeh Ahmad Faruqui from his position as a director of the company. The resignation was accepted during the 622nd meeting of the Board held on March 9, 2024, and takes effect immediately.
This development has been communicated to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Pakistan Stock Exchange as per regulatory requirements.
