Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has announced a revised trading and settlement schedule for Dolmen City REIT due to a recent declaration of a book closure date by the company. This adjustment affects several deliverable future contracts, specifically DFC-DEC-2025, DFC-JAN-26, and DFC-FEB-26, altering the previously announced dates under notices issued in October and November 2025.
The updated schedule for trading and settlement on a cum-benefit basis for Dolmen City REIT is as follows: The DECB contract, which opened on October 14, 2025, will now close on December 23, 2025, with settlement occurring on December 26, 2025. Similarly, the JAN and FEB contracts opened on November 3 and December 1, 2025, respectively, will also close on December 23, 2025, with settlement on December 26, 2025.
Without the entitlement of benefits, the trading and settlement schedule has been adjusted as follows: The JANB contract will open on December 19, 2025, close on January 30, 2026, and settle on February 3, 2026. The FEBB contract will also open on December 19, 2025, but will close on February 27, 2026, with settlement on March 3, 2026. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the overlapping period of these contracts will span three trading days, from December 19 to December 23, 2025.
Additionally, trades in Dolmen City REIT during the JANB and FEBB contracts will be conducted on an ex-benefit basis, meaning they will not be eligible for entitlements. The last trading day for the DCR-DECB contract has been moved up to December 23, 2025, from the previously scheduled December 26, 2025, due to the book closure date announcement.
Market participants are advised to take note of these changes, as the PSX retains the right to further alter or adjust the schedule as necessary.
