Karachi, Dolmen City REIT has released its financial results for the period from January to April 2024, recording an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 4.18 for the fiscal year 2022/2023.

The real estate investment trust declared distributions totaling 20% for the year ending in June, with an additional 20% for the third quarter. Dolmen City REIT's stock experienced a turnover of 39,908,000 shares and maintained a previous year's book closure with a market lot of 500 shares. The company, listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange in 2015, continues to maintain its position with a strong market performance.
