Karachi: Arif Habib Dolmen Reit Management Limited announced the electronic crediting of a final cash dividend of Re. 0.66 per unit, equating to 6.6% of the Dolmen City REIT scheme, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The dividends were deposited into the designated bank accounts of unit-holders on August 7, 2026.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the disbursement aligns with the company's commitment to deliver consistent value to its investors. However, the payment to unit-holders who have not submitted their valid IBAN or CNICs has been withheld. This action is in compliance with Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017.

The management has assured that the withheld dividends will be managed according to the relevant laws and guidelines set forth by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
