Karachi: Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited announced the distribution of an interim cash dividend of Re. 0.50 per unit, representing 5.0% of the par value, to unit holders of Dolmen City REIT for the year ending June 30, 2025. The dividend, which reflects an annualized return of 20.0%, was electronically credited to the designated bank accounts of eligible unit holders on October 9, 2024.

The company also clarified that dividend payments to unit holders who have not provided valid IBANs or CNICs have been withheld in compliance with Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017. These withheld dividends will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and the directives of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) once valid details are provided.
