Dynea Pakistan Issues Final Call for Claims on Unclaimed Shares and Dividends

Karachi: Dynea Pakistan Limited has released a final notice to its shareholders regarding unclaimed share certificates and unpaid dividends, urging them to file claims within the next 90 days.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the shares and dividends in question have remained uncollected for three years since becoming due. The company has detailed the specific unclaimed items on its website, providing links directly to the lists of unclaimed shares and dividends.

Shareholders who have not yet claimed their dividends or share certificates are requested to contact the company’s Share Registrar, M/s. FAMCO Share Registration Services, located in Karachi. The notice was initially sent via registered post to shareholders' last known addresses, and they are now given a final 90-day period from the date of this notice to make their claims.

If no claims are received within this timeframe, Dynea Pakistan is mandated by sub-section (2) of Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017, to deposit the unclaimed and unpaid amounts with the Federal Government. This final notice serves as a critical reminder for shareholders to uphold their financial interests before the stipulated deadline.
