Karachi: According to documents filed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange, on October 4, 2024, EFG Hermes Pakistan Limited disclosed a significant development involving a shareholder named Imran. The shareholder acquired more than 10% of the company's shares, triggering mandatory disclosures under the Securities Act, 2015, and specific PSX regulations.

The notification to the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited was officially made on October 7, 2024, by Shahid Kamal, the Company Secretary of EFG Hermes Pakistan. This communication came after a detailed submission from Mr. Imran on October 4, which included Form 1 and trading details (Annexure A) showing extensive buying and selling activities.
