(EFUL) declared dividends of 100% and 150%, respectively, with EFUG posting no earnings while EFUL recorded an EPS of Rs. 182.01. EFUG’s share price was Rs. 86.49, and EFUL’s reached Rs. 191.51. Both companies have significant market presence with substantial paid-up capitals and were listed in 1949 and 1995, respectively.
