KARACHI: EFU General Insurance Limited has announced a change in the venue for its upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled for July 9, 2026. The meeting, initially set to take place at the ICAP Auditorium in Islamabad, will now be held at the Best Western Premier, Prestige Hall, located on Club Road near the Rawal Dam Interchange in Shakar Parian, Islamabad.

The decision to change the venue was made due to unavoidable circumstances, as stated in an addendum to the initial notice. This notice was originally submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on June 17, 2026, and subsequently published in newspapers the following day. Members of the company have been informed of the change through dispatch and email.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this addendum will also be published in both English and Urdu newspapers to ensure all stakeholders are adequately informed. The company aims to facilitate smooth communication and participation from its members regarding this significant gathering.

In compliance with regulatory requirements, the addendum to the notices is also being circulated among TRE certificate holders.
