This disclosure was made under the PSX Regulation clause 5.6.4, which mandates the reporting of interest by directors, CEOs, or executives of listed companies, their spouses, and substantial shareholders.

On May 21, 2025, Yasmin Hyder executed two transactions in the company's shares. The first transaction involved the purchase of 725 shares at a rate of 120.00, bringing her cumulative shareholding to 92,725 shares, representing a cumulative percentage of 0.05%. The second transaction involved the acquisition of an additional 175 shares at a rate of 120.10, increasing her total holdings to 92,900 shares, while maintaining the cumulative percentage of 0.05%.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions will be presented in the upcoming board meeting of EFU General Insurance Ltd. The board will review the transactions and address any potential non-compliance issues as required by the PSX regulations.

EFU General Insurance Ltd has confirmed that the holding period for these transactions exceeds six months.
