Karachi: In a recent disclosure from EFU General Insurance Ltd, the company reported the execution of a share transaction by one of its independent directors. The announcement, dated August 17, 2026, detailed a purchase made by Yasmin Hyder, an independent director, involving 1,000 shares at a rate of 121.11 each. This transaction has increased her cumulative shareholding to 111,000 shares, representing 0.05% of the company.
