Multan, According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Allawasaya Textile & Finishing Mills Ltd. announced that eleven shareholders have filed notices of their intention to offer themselves for election as directors. This election is scheduled during the Extra Ordinary General Meeting on Thursday, 23 May 2024, at 02:30 p.m. at Allawasaya Square, Mumtazabad Industrial Area, Vehari Road, Multan.
The candidates include Mian Muhammad Jamil, Mrs. Nusrat Jamil, Mr. Mohammad Alamgir Jamil Khan, Mian Idrees Ahmad Sheikh, Mian Tauqir Ahmad Sheikh, Mrs. Bushra Tauqir, Mrs. Misbah Idrees Sheikh, Mr. Abdul Rehman Qureshi, Mr. Nazir Ahmad Khan, Mr. Muhammad Ashraf Khan Durrani, and Mr. Imran Hussain. As the number of nominees does not exceed the number of director positions set by the board, all eleven shareholders will be automatically elected to the board for a three-year term starting from 30 May 2024.
