Karachi: The Board of Directors at Eman Management (Private) Limited, acting as the management company for Orient Rental Modaraba, has approved a proposal to increase the authorized certificate capital of the Modaraba. This decision, dated January 14, 2026, will see the capital rise from Rs. 750.00 million to Rs. 1.00 billion, pending approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
