Lahore: EMCO Industries Limited has announced that its 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 24th October 2024 at ICC House, 2 - Chamba House Lane, Golf Road, GOR-1, Lahore. The agenda for this year’s meeting includes the confirmation of last year’s meeting minutes, adoption of the annual audited accounts for the year ended 30th June 2024, and the reappointment of the company’s auditors.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), shareholders of EMCO Industries are invited to gather to discuss several key items of business. The meeting will start by confirming the minutes of the previous AGM held on 24th October 2023. Following this, shareholders will review the company's financial performance for the fiscal year that ended on 30th June 2024, with detailed reports from the directors and auditors.

Another significant item on the agenda is the reappointment of the company's auditors. The current auditors, M/s Crowe Hussain Chaudhury and Co., Chartered Accountants, will retire at the conclusion of the fiscal year but have offered themselves for reappointment. The meeting will also address the setting of their remuneration for the upcoming fiscal year ending 30th June 2025.

The AGM will additionally provide a platform for other business matters that may arise, with the permission of the Chair.
