Karachi: Engro Fertilizers Limited has announced an unscheduled shutdown of its EnVen plant for maintenance purposes. According to a disclosure made in compliance with Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Rule Book, the company has stated that the plant will remain non-operational for an estimated period of four days.
The maintenance activities were initiated following the shutdown, with operations expected to resume shortly thereafter. Despite the temporary halt in production at the EnVen plant, the company has assured that its Base plant will continue to operate at normal capacity throughout the maintenance period.
