Karachi: Engro Fertilizers Limited has announced the loss of two share certificates, as reported by Famco Share Registration Services Pvt. Limited. The certificates, pertaining to 1,000 shares belonging to Mr. Muhammad Qasim, were declared lost on September 10, 2024.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the lost certificates are numbered 9248 and 9249 with distinctive numbers 1283662501 to 1283663001 and 1283663000 to 1283663500, respectively. Each certificate represents 500 shares. Mr. Muhammad Qasim, a resident of 20 - A/1/2, D.H.A., Phase - 4, Golf Course Road - 4, Karachi, is the registered owner.
The company has instructed the members of the Exchange not to deal in these share certificates. If no objection is received within 7 days of the notice's publication, Engro Fertilizers will issue duplicate certificates to the shareholder.
