Karachi: Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited has announced the loss of share certificates belonging to Mrs. Fareeda Sehar, a shareholder residing in Hyderabad. The lost certificates represent a total of 1,000 shares, detailed as two batches of 500 shares each, under certificates numbered 48797 and 48798.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the certificates have distinctive numbers ranging from 103000924 to 103001923. The loss was reported on September 23, 2024, and the company has taken immediate steps to address the situation by notifying the PSX and its members.

The members of the Exchange have been advised not to deal in these shares, and a notice has been circulated to prevent any unauthorized transactions. Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited has provided a seven-day window for any objections or claims to be filed regarding these shares. If no objections are received within this period, the company will issue duplicate certificates to Mrs. Sehar to safeguard her investment.
