According to the information, Nabeel Anjum Malik, who serves as an executive director, purchased 1,000 shares at a rate of 11.00 per share. The shares were acquired in the ready market and the transaction was facilitated through the Central Depository Company (CDC). This purchase increases Malik’s cumulative shareholding to 52,981 shares, representing a Minor move in his cumulative percentage of ownership within the firm.
