Karachi: Hassan Ibrahim Ahmed, the Executive Director of D.S. According to the statement, on November 21, 2024, Mr. Ahmed sold a total of 983,221 shares at a rate of 7.76 each. This transaction left him with a cumulative holding of 1,243,242 shares, representing a 1.49 percent stake in the company. On the following day, November 22, 2024, Mr. Ahmed further reduced his holdings by selling 1,049,575 shares at a rate of 7.38. After this transaction, his cumulative shareholding decreased to 193,667 shares, equating to a 0.23 percent stake in D.S. Industries Limited.
