Karachi: An executive director of First IBL Modaraba has executed a significant transaction involving the purchase of shares in the company. According to a disclosure of interest under Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4, the transaction was carried out by Ibrahim Hasan Murad, an executive director of the company.
The transaction, which took place on May 6, 2025, involved the purchase of 2 million shares at a rate of 0.10 per share through the Central Depository Company (CDC) in the Negotiated Deal Market (NDM). Following this transaction, the cumulative number of shares held by Mr. Murad increased to 5,359,834, representing a cumulative percentage of 24.71% of the company's shares.
