On the same day, another Executive Director, Haroon Ahmad Khan, conducted a sell transaction of the same number of shares, priced at 7.50 per share, which adjusted his cumulative holdings to 95.64 million shares, accounting for 33.99% of the company's shares.
The following day, January 29, 2025, Haroon Ahmad Khan engaged in further trading activities. On February 4, 2025, Haroon Ahmad Khan made additional transactions. He acquired 1,000,000 shares at a rate of 8.48 per share, raising his total shareholding to 96.64 million shares, equivalent to 34.34% of the company's stock. Subsequently, he sold 1,000,000 shares at a rate of 8.36 per share, which brought his shareholding back to 95.64 million shares, corresponding to a 33.99% stake.
