On October 20, 2025, it was reported that Mr. Mehboob ur Rehman, who serves as Executive Finance, executed a buy transaction involving 1,700 shares of the company.
According to the details provided, Mr. Rehman purchased the shares on October 17, 2025, at a rate of 650.26 per share. This acquisition resulted in a cumulative shareholding of 2,976 shares. The transaction was conducted in the ready market, with the form of share certificates being held under the Central Depository Company (CDC). The percentage change in shareholding due to this transaction indicates a big move of 1.5%.
