Karachi: In a recent disclosure filed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange, significant changes in the shareholding structure of PACE (Pakistan) Limited were reported. According to the filing, Executive Director Aamna Taseer acquired 2,570,167 shares at a rate of 11.23 per share, increasing her cumulative holdings to 10.98 million shares, accounting for 2.27% of the total shareholding. Meanwhile, her fellow Executive Director, Shahbaz Ali Taseer, also increased his stake by 759,258 shares, bringing his cumulative total to 3.28 million shares, which represents a 0.68% shareholding.

Non-Executive Director Shehryar Ali Taseer expanded his shareholding with the acquisition of 2,127,632 shares, resulting in a cumulative total of 9.21 million shares, translating to a 1.90% stake in the company. Additionally, executive Muhammad Waheed Asghar increased his holdings by 1,422,148 shares, bringing his total to the same number, which is 0.29% of the company’s shares.

In a smaller transaction, executive Sajjad Ahmad acquired 312,746 shares, elevating his cumulative shareholding to 565,440 shares, or 0.12% of the total shares. All the transactions were executed under Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) on July 13, 2026, and were reported in the Central Depository Company (CDC) format.
