Exide Pakistan Limited Reports Decline in Revenue and Profit

Karachi: Exide Pakistan Limited announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, revealing a notable downturn in both revenue and profit compared to the same period last year. The company's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on November 28, 2025, at the company's registered office and via Zoom, reported that no cash dividend, bonus shares, right shares, or any other entitlements would be distributed to shareholders for the reported period.

The unconsolidated condensed interim statement of profit or loss showed revenue from customers at 4.05 billion rupees for the quarter, down from 5.53 billion rupees in the same quarter of the previous year.
