Karachi: Trust Modaraba has disclosed that Mr. Faisal Abdul Sattar Pakhali has executed significant transactions in its certificates, according to the information provided by him. On May 16, 2025, Mr. Pakhali purchased 83,173 shares at an average rate of 5.06, resulting in a cumulative shareholding of 12,414,466 shares, which represents 41.66% of the total shares.

Subsequently, on May 19, 2025, Mr. Pakhali acquired an additional 225,573 shares at an average rate of 5.33. This transaction increased his cumulative shareholding to 12,640,039 shares, raising his ownership percentage to 42.42%.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions were conducted under the designated market category of “Ready.” The disclosure highlights Mr. Pakhali's growing interest and investment in Trust Modaraba, further consolidating his position within the company.
