Fast Cables Limited Reports Financial Results for Half Year Ended December 31, 2025

Lahore: Fast Cables Limited has released its financial results for the half year ending December 31, 2025, with the Board of Directors approving the statements during their meeting on February 13, 2026. The company announced that no cash dividends, bonus shares, right shares, or any other entitlements will be distributed for this period.

The company reported total assets amounting to 36.54 billion rupees as of December 31, 2025, compared to 35.01 billion rupees as of June 30, 2025. Non-current assets increased to 10.10 billion rupees, while current assets rose to 26.44 billion rupees. Notably, trade debts climbed to 8.98 billion rupees from 7.83 billion rupees, and stock in trade slightly increased to 10.95 billion rupees.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Fast Cables Limited's equity and liabilities showed an issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital of 6.45 billion rupees, up from 6.29 billion rupees. Reserves also increased to 5.67 billion rupees. Current liabilities reached 20.06 billion rupees, with trade and other payables decreasing to 5.33 billion rupees from 6.25 billion rupees.

In terms of financial performance, the company reported revenue of 18.06 billion rupees for the half year, a rise from 16.08 billion rupees in the previous year, reflecting a very large or significant move of 12.37%. The cost of revenue increased to 14.98 billion rupees. Consequently, the gross profit amounted to 3.08 billion rupees, up from 2.76 billion rupees.

Operating profit was recorded at 2.09 billion rupees, with a net profit for the period of 852.06 million rupees, marking a big move of 12.24% compared to the previous year's 759.09 million rupees. Earnings per share were reported at 1.32 rupees, compared to 1.18 rupees in the previous year. The company's statement highlighted no significant changes or other price-sensitive information during this period.
