Hyderabad: Fateh Industries Limited has announced that its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will convene on October 28, 2024. The meeting will be held at the company’s registered office on Hyderabad.
The agenda for the meeting includes the confirmation of the minutes from the last AGM held on November 27, 2023. Shareholders will also review and adopt the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, alongside the directors’ and auditors’ reports. Additionally, the appointment of auditors for the upcoming fiscal year and their remuneration will be on the table, along with addressing any other business as permitted by the chair.
In compliance with regulatory requirements, the company has declared that its share transfer books will be closed from October 22 to October 28, 2024. Shareholders wishing to participate via video conference are advised to register with the company’s main office by providing necessary identification details, including their CNIC number, folio/CDC account number, cell number, and email ID no later than 24 hours before the AGM.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), shareholders unable to attend in person may appoint proxies who must be registered at the company’s head office at least 48 hours before the meeting. Additionally, annual accounts will be available to members electronically, and any changes in shareholder address should be communicated to the company’s registrar promptly.
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan’s guidelines will continue to govern the conduct of the meeting and the transactions of shares during the closure period. These measures ensure compliance and governance continuity amid evolving corporate practices.
