Hyderabad: Fateh Sports Wear Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on October 30, 2024, to review the quarterly financial results for the period that ended on September 30, 2024, and to discuss the declaration of any entitlements.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also announced a closed period from October 21 to October 30, 2024, in compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.1(d). During this period, directors, the CEO, or any executives are prohibited from dealing in the company's shares, either directly or indirectly.

The purpose of the meeting, to be held in Hyderabad, is to deliberate on the company's financial performance for the third quarter of the fiscal year and to decide on any potential entitlements for shareholders.
