Lahore: Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for August 27, 2024, to be conducted electronically via tele/video conferencing. The meeting's agenda will focus on the review of the Quarterly/Half Yearly Accounts for the period ending June 30, 2024.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has instituted a "Closed Period" from August 21 to August 27, 2024. During this period, as stipulated under Clause 5.6.4 of the Exchange's Rule Book, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to trade the company’s shares, directly or indirectly.
