Karachi, Faysal Bank Limited has successfully credited a 10% interim cash dividend for the second quarter (half year) ending June 30, 2023, directly into the respective International Bank Account Numbers (IBANs) of its valued shareholders. This development aligns with Clause 5.6.10 of the Rule Book of the Exchange.

In compliance with directives from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the bank has temporarily withheld dividend payments for those shareholders who have not provided valid IBANs.

Shareholders are urged to promptly update their IBAN information to ensure the seamless receipt of dividends. To facilitate this process, they can provide their valid IBANs to their Participant or CDC Investor Account Services if their shareholding is in book entry form. For those with physical shareholding, please submit your updated IBAN along with a legible copy of your valid CNIC to the Bank's Share Registrar.
