Karachi: Fecto Cement Ltd has revealed recent share transactions executed by an executive, Muhammad Nauraiz Khan, as per the requirements of section 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation. The disclosure, dated January 8, 2026, outlines a series of buy and sell transactions conducted in December 2025.
The disclosure details that on December 26, 2025, Mr. Khan purchased 6,500 shares at a rate of 152.38 per share. This transaction was followed by another purchase on December 29, 2025, where he acquired 10,000 shares at 150.50 per share. These transactions increased his cumulative shareholding to 16,500 shares, representing a minor move of 0.03% in the company’s shareholding.
However, on December 30, 2025, Mr. Khan sold his entire holding of 16,500 shares at a rate of 151.55 per share, bringing his cumulative shareholding down to zero. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions have been duly noted and will be presented in the forthcoming board meeting for consideration, including any non-compliance issues.
The company has confirmed that all transactions were executed with a holding period exceeding six months. In compliance with section 105 of the Securities Act, 2015, if any transaction falls within a six-month period, a cheque equivalent to any profit made will be deposited with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), with intimation to the PSX.
