Rawalpindi: Ferozsons Laboratories Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on October 28, 2024. The meeting is scheduled at Rawalpindi, and will also be accessible via video link.

The AGM will focus on several key business items. Shareholders will first be asked to confirm the minutes of the previous AGM held on October 28, 2023. In addition, the agenda includes the approval of the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024, which will be presented alongside reports from the Chairperson, Directors, and Auditors.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Ferozsons Laboratories’ Board of Directors has also recommended a final cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2024. The proposed dividend is set at 30%, translating to PKR 3 per share.

The appointment of auditors for the year ending June 30, 2025, and the approval of their remuneration will also be discussed during the meeting. Additionally, shareholders will review and approve related party transactions and other ordinary business with the permission of the chair.
