Karachi, Security Leasing Corporation Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange about the recommendations made by the board of directors in the meeting held at Karachi on October 25, 2022.
The agenda of the meeting was discussion of profit and loss account for quarter ended September 30, 2022 which portrayed a profit of Rs. 391,657 with earnings per share 0.01 basic and diluted respectively.
Further, nil payment of cash dividend, bonus shares and right shares was agreed.
Security Leasing Corporation Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on December 06, 1993 and commenced its operations on May 21, 1995. The company is Non – Banking Finance Company (NBFC) and is engaged in the business of leasing.
