Karachi, First Al-Noor Modaraba has scheduled a board meeting on April 26, 2024, in Karachi to review its quarterly accounts for the period ending March 31, 2024. The meeting will focus on the consideration of any entitlements to be declared.

The company has also announced a closed period from April 25, 2024, to April 29, 2024, in compliance with section 5.6.1(d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations. During this period, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to deal in the company's shares, either directly or indirectly.
