Karachi: First Elite Capital Modaraba has reported the execution of share transactions by one of its non-executive directors, Muhammad Javed Amin, according to a disclosure filed under PSX Regulation 5.5.4. The disclosure outlines that Muhammad Javed Amin engaged in the sale of shares across two transactions. On October 31, 2025, he sold 20,149 shares, which resulted in a cumulative percentage of 5.59%. Following this, on November 3, 2025, another sale of 14,194 shares was recorded, adjusting the cumulative percentage to 5.46%. The transactions involved shares held in Central Depository Company (CDC) form and were conducted in the ready market.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transactions must be presented by the company secretary to the board of directors in the meeting immediately following the transactions. Additionally, extracts of the minutes are to be submitted through Form-30 of the Correspondence Manual via PUCARS.
The disclosure also highlights regulatory requirements related to the holding period, ensuring it exceeds six months to avoid depositing profits with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under the Securities Act, 2015.
