Karachi: First Elite Capital Modaraba, a publicly traded company in Pakistan, disclosed noteworthy transactions involving its substantial shareholder, Nauman Rathore. According to a regulatory filing, Rathore executed a series of share acquisitions earlier this month, resulting in a significant increase in his holding in the company.

The transactions, conducted on the Pakistan Stock Exchange's (PSX) designated market category "Ready," took place on two separate occasions in early June. On June 2, Rathore purchased 56,747 shares at a rate of 23.88, bringing his cumulative shares to 5,501,469, representing 48.51% of the company. A subsequent acquisition was made on June 4, where Rathore bought an additional 40,395 shares at a rate of 28.88. This increased his total holding to 5,541,864 shares, equivalent to 48.87% of the company's total shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions reflect Rathore's continued interest in bolstering his stake in First Elite Capital Modaraba. The cumulative percentage of shares held by him shows a gradual but notable increase, indicating his strategic approach towards enhancing his influence within the company.
