The transactions, executed by influential figures connected to the company, were reported to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) recently.

On May 8, 2025, Nauman Rathore, a substantial shareholder, acquired 23,062 shares at a rate of 18.70 per share. This transaction increased his cumulative shareholding to 5,444,722 shares, representing a 48.01% stake in the company. Rathore's purchase highlights a significant increase in his investment, reinforcing his position as a major stakeholder in the company.

The same day, Ayesha Aslam, the spouse of Sheikh Muhammad Ali Asif, who is an independent director of the company, purchased 10 shares at a rate of 20.50 per share. Her cumulative shareholding rose to 50 shares, although this represents a negligible percentage of the total shares.

On the following day, May 9, 2025, Ayesha Aslam acquired an additional 10 shares at a rate of 20.06 per share, bringing her total shareholding to 60 shares. Despite the small number of shares, these transactions maintain transparency in compliance with regulatory requirements.
