Following this transaction, the cumulative number of shares held was recorded at 3,250,136,630.5, which represents a very large or significant move with a cumulative percentage of 3.25%.
Furthermore, on February 9, 2026, another transaction was carried out by Amin involving the sale of 6,000 shares at a rate of 23.02 per share. The cumulative total of shares after this transaction stood at 362,305, marking a cumulative percentage of 3.19%.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions were conducted under the “Ready” market category, reflecting the company’s adherence to transparency and regulatory compliance as prescribed by PSX Regulation 5.6.4.
